Gloriscope Christian Global News daily (Gloriscope.com) is published and owned by 4T4C News Corp., which is both a Christian publishing company and a global Christian ministry. Our headquarters are in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area of Minnesota, U.S.A.

As a Christian ministry, we are an independent, nondenominational ministry proclaiming the glory of God in daily news. As a business organization, we are a news gathering, news processing, and news publishing company. Our publishing is based on our original content, produced and owned by our company.

OUR MISSION
Our mission as a Christian ministry is to spread God’s Word and provide public platforms for fellow Christians worldwide to praise, proclaim and explore God’s glory and marvelous works. We carry out our mission on the basis of our core values rooted in our Christian faith.

We proclaim God’s truth in daily news – 4T4C means “4 Truth 4 Christ.” Our 2003 corporate charter states that 4T4C News was incorporated “for the glory of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, and praising God’s glorious Grace, Power, Righteousness and Truth.”

The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 4:5-6 (NIV): “For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. For God, who said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness,’ made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.”

OUR INDEPENDENCE
4T4C News is an independent, nondenominational and politically unaffiliated publishing company. We do not belong to any media group or political organization. We are not sponsored by any church congregation or parish, interchurch group, Christian ministry, diaconate, educational institution, media or journalist association, nonprofit organization, or government institution. Our company is self-governed and self-financed. Since we are not a nonprofit company, we do not have any restrictions on political speech as U.S. nonprofit organizations do. As a news company enjoying the protection of free speech by the U.S. Constitution, we are free to speak and publish anything that glorifies God on any matter of politics and many other subjects, without interference into our free speech from the U.S. federal tax authority IRS.

CORPORATE FORM AND MANAGEMENT
4T4C News Corp. was incorporated in Delaware (U.S.A.) in 2003 as a for-profit Christian business corporation. 4T4C is a non-stock corporation. It has no shareholders and does not issue shares in 4T4C News Corp. Our company is led and managed according to biblical principles.

WHERE DO OUR PROFITS GO?
4T4C’s net profits are to go primarily into:
– expanding 4T4C’s business,
– promoting and developing Christian publishing and journalism,
– promoting Christian contacts and activities,
– charitable activities.
